No one has ever told anyone that relocating to a different location (be it in a new apartment or a condominium unit) would be very easy, fun, and hassle free.  In reality, moving out to a new location or into a new place is going to be financially challenging, emotionally draining, and physically problematic.  

Now, with all the possible challenges and hassles of moving out, the next question, would you still want to relocate or not?  
With this, even before you decide on the matter of leaving the old house and going to the new house, you should have a clear mind to think clearly about this.  Rush decision should never become part of the process at this time.  Below are some of the things that you need to consider when planning to move out:

•    Think about the present job that you have.  If the job that you have right now impedes the moving out plan, then you have to make a pause for a while.  You need to contemplate far better about the entire plan and reconsider all your options.  

•    If you really need to carry on the moving out plan, then consider preparing better your financial obligations, your family, and even yourself.  Widely impacted by the decision to move out would always be the children, too.  Talk to your family and never fail to see through their predicament.
